Return Policy

At LP Jewels, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s how our return and refund process works:

Eligibility

Return items within 3 days of receipt. Items must be unused, with original tags, and packing.

Non-Returnable

Final sale items, personalized products, gift cards, and perishable goods cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To exchange an item, contact us to request an exchange. You are responsible for additional shipping costs.

For defective or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.

Orders can be canceled before processing. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled.
